A Fine Romance is one of Canada's most preeminent
sporthorse stallions, with outstanding international
bloodlines for both the Thoroughbred racing and
equestrian sport worlds. He was originally bred
to be sold as a racehorse through the select yearling
sales, but Gail fell in love with his beauty,
sweet character, and expressive movement, and
chose to keep him for her breeding program at
Tamarack Lane Farm in Brantford, Ontario. Not
only did he surpass their greatest dreams and
expectations, he created a legacy of his own through
his accomplishments and those of his offspring.

Magic Walk has had a career as a race earning
over $91,000 before being retired to stud. He
was to continue his performance career as a hunter,
as with a pedigree that includes Mr. Prospector
and In Reality, he is bred for the hunter ring,
but unfortunately a stifle injury stopped this
performance endeavour. His offspring are all competing
in the trillium circuit hunters and are looking
quite promising for young horses.

and is from the same sound foundation eventing
and jumping line breeding as the Silver and Bronze
individual medallist horses at the Sidney Olympics,
and as 8 of the 12 eventing team medal winning
horses. These lines include Bull Dog, Nashrullah,
Mumtaz Mahal, Tourbillon, Teddy, Djebel, Blenheim
II, La Troienne, Mahmoud, Bold Ruler, Nearco and
Man O War. He has tremendous scope and power,
and is very correct over his fences. He passes
on his size, conformation, excellent movement,
athletic ability, and his incredibly quiet disposition.
